| Additional Warranty Information | HP Permanent Matte Adhesive Vinyl is guaranteed to be free of material or coating flaws and defects that affect the final use of the print and meet HP published specifications. Warranted performance for print permanence can be found on the HP Print Permanence Website at http://www.hp.com/go/supplies/printpermanence. When mounted to surfaces as defined below, media may be removed from the mounted surface cleanly. Supported surfaces: aluminum, stainless steel, and smooth OEM painted surfaces. Prints that fail these guaranteed performance claims when produced on compatible HP printers identified in the HP Media Compatibility Chart, and with HP defined color and print workflows, will be replaced with the same or comparable HP media product at HP’s option. To obtain warranty service, please contact HP customer support. At HP’s option, HP will either replace products that prove to be defective or refund your purchase price.
