  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT-05:00) EST (Toronto)  will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

  • Once processed, orders are shipped with a transit time of 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Total estimated delivery time is  3–6 business days (processing + transit) (Monday through Friday).

Shipping Country

  • This store is based in Canada, and we ship products within Canada Only.

Shipping Costs

  • All shipping costs are covered by Tecisoft—there are no hidden fees. That means free shipping on every order.

Courier Name

We partner with UPS, FedEx to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions for tracking your package.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

Lost Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  • Verify the shipping address.
  • Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
  • Ask neighbours or family members if they accepted the package.
  • Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.

Delays

We aim to meet our delivery estimates, but delays may occur due to high shipping volumes or unforeseen courier disruptions. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.
