Automatically locks in position when raising or lowering the pole. No knobs to loosen or tighten. Just pull down the Ridged Collar and lower or raise the pole. No ball bearing to rust. Internal Delrin Bushings and Nylon Bearing Surfaces provide smooth operation and prevent metal to metal contact.
