The U444-2H-DL features DisplayLink video software that works across computing platforms, making this adapter ideal for hot-desking and work-from-anywhere applications. It works with Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Android and Linux. The adapter can also extend dual video outputs through a USB-A port on a laptop with the use of a USB-C to USB-A adapter.
The USB-C Power Delivery (PD) 3.0 charging port on the U444-2H-DL supports up to 100W PD charging, with 10W dedicated to the functioning of the adapter and the remaining 90W charging the host. This is ideal for hot-desking and work-from-anywhere applications, as it eliminates the need to carry a bulky external power supply in order to charge your laptop. The U444-2H-DL is compliant with the Federal Trade Agreements Act (TAA), which makes it eligible for GSA (General Services Administration) Schedule and other federal procurement contracts.
