Prior to sending your system to the repair center, you are required to contact Dell telephone technician for remote diagnosis, to ensure an accurate diagnosis of the problem. This is also to allow Dell to validate ownership and the warranty entitlement of your system to ensure you receive the right level of entitlement. In most cases, a resolution can be provided during the process of remote diagnosis and may not require any hardware replacement or visit to Dell's repair center.
