Return Window
Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, products must be in original, unused condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact. Items that are damaged, used, altered, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items fall under a non-returnable category. This means if you change your mind, decide the item isn’t quite what you were looking for, or no longer want it for any reason unrelated to damage or defect, we are unable to process a return for refund or exchange based solely on a change of mind.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once received, securely pack the item with any related accessories or documentation and include the RAN.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. In those cases, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
